Reminds me of a doll my sister had that she used to carry around by the hair (which was also short and black). Needless to say after several years even hairspray wouldn’t have been able to replicate it.

Didn’t he do a good job getting cute? I was worried for a while there, but he stuck with the program, and in the end he saw results!
