Your chromatic organization inspired me the last time I saw it. I have one shelf of books making a rainbow, but since I have far fewer (grown-up) books than you do, the gradient is sharper.
Of course! We actually have two, and it would be smarter to turn the one we don’t regularly use for tea into a bookend, but that one is blue and didn’t go on the shelf as well. ;-)

What a great idea! I’m so much more likely to remember the color of a book than the author when I go looking for it. Plus, it looks cool.
