It’s been really cold here too; the last 4 mornings have been between 0 and 8 degrees. We’ve had indoor recess for a week and the kids are restless and the teachers are wanting to move south.
Nice pictures from the weekend and as always it was wonderful seeing you two.
It was lovely to see you and David as well; I had a really great weekend. I wanted to tell you that I just ordered three books with my gift card (there is a Borders in Hyde Park, but the online prices are cheaper because they partner with Amazon): The Omnivore’s Dilemma, It Must Have Been Something I Ate, and Special Topics in Calamity Physics. I’m really looking forward to all of them — thank you so much!
I am popping by to report that a search of my Google Reader for “fingerling” (looking for a recipe, you see) yielded this entry. And it is so not about fingerling potatoes.
