Have Cats: Will Not Blog
When I am not watching Mad Men or making the world’s most awesome pizza, I have sleeping cats to disturb (unlike sleeping dogs, they can be manhandled with ease). More soon though.

Aw.
oh-ho! Guess who found a baking stone under the—well, in a pile of presents?
We are headed out for pizza-making materials today. I’m getting my salty-sweet fix with prosciutto and pineapple; Bruce is leaning towards whatever fancy sausage we find at the market.

If you have parchment paper, roll out and assemble your pizza on that instead of a floured work-surface — then you can just slide the paper onto the baking stone, which has been pre-heating in the oven. It’s the easiest way to do it without one of those wooden paddles they have in professional pizza places.
I love parchment paper.
